Typically each programme extends over 6 sessions but these do not have to be pre-determined and can be flexed to meet individual requirements.

Background
Kunku is a founding director of Kudos Consulting Ltd, established in April 2006.

Prior to Kudos, her successful career encompassed:

Coaching Services

She is a qualified executive coach and psychometric tester.

In the last two years Kunku has worked with over 50 leaders in the public and private sectors. She draws from her rich experience to coach, inform and develop her clients who include: chief executives; chief operating officers; operational directors; heads of strategy, senior functional managers – finance; human resources; customer services; information technology and business development.

Clients report that her warm, empathy is encouraging and the goals agreed are challenging and relevant. She works to develop insight into the external environment, organisational context and personal reactions to change. By supporting her clients to draw on their own resourcefulness she develops a sense of confident control with a powerful focus on solutions and productive, skilful action.
