Masstock Arable (UK) Ltd

The company had successfully grown through acquisition but had failed to capitalise on all the opportunities this brought. At a strategic and organisational level Kunku has worked since April 2006 with the Managing Director, David Cribbin and his Executive Team to develop the company’s vision and capability through its mission; branded change programme EDGE; leadership competences and a performance management system. Personal and organisational insight has been developed through 360 feedback and psychometric instruments such as Myers Briggs Type Inventory (MBTI).

At a team level Kunku works with functional managers to create opportunities to deliver improved team working including technical and project management for the IT team; performance management, technical updating and skills development for one of Masstock's most successful sales teams and supporting regional and local customer focus by facilitating action learning sets for Masstock's newly created regional business managers.

Individual aspiration and readiness to change are at the core of organisational renewal and adaptation. Kunku has designed a coaching programme, provided coaches and modelled its delivery by coaching key managers.

The Masstock change programme results include an unleashing of enthusiasm and energy. The company successfully re-branded itself and restructured its business and sales functions. Last year, Masstock's profitability rose by 60% and currently its £200m sales continue on their upward trajectory.
