Drawing on over 25 years in Sales, Marketing and Consultancy - and with experience that spans Financial Services to Advertising and, most recently, Social Enterprise and the Third Sector, Julian has worked with all kinds of organisation from start ups and fledglings, to big brands and multinationals. Having spent the 1990's building marketing communications agency Mainly Marketing from scratch to merger, he is equally well versed in self-employment and starting a small business.

Melanie has been a consultant, trainer and coach since 1987, working within the private, public and not for profit sectors. Most of her work has been about helping directors, managers and team members understand what drives their behaviour, what stops them from changing and supporting them in identifying actions to take to achieve their business goals.
She believes in practising what she preaches and is passionate about people fulfilling their potential both in and out of work. Her aim is to equip clients with practical techniques and models that they can use at work.
Melanie specialises in: developing managers day to day performance management skills, effective team work, working effectively under pressure, managing challenging interactions, boosting self confidence and personal effectiveness.
Her first book Master Your Inner Critic, Release Your Inner Wisdom was published in January 2008. She has also been writing a monthly coaching newsletter, Inspire, since 2006.
